Synopsis: Experience the thrill of rap jumping (forward abseiling with a pulse) at Urban Central, Southbank. Ideal for small or large groups and is perfect to get individuals out of their comfort zone and to face their fears.

Rap Jumping is a fantastic opportunity for individuals or a team to overcome their fears and increase their team unity as they face an exciting challenge of abseiling face-first down a seven-storey building. Conducted in the heart of Melbourne, rap jumping is truly unique and an uplifting way to spend a morning or afternoon out of the office.

Rap Jumping is a low impact event that allows teams, departments or companies to face an obstacle that increases team cohesion, requiring each person to support and encourage their colleagues as they face their fears.

Each person will have the opportunity to have three jumps and the event can be held for as few as 10 people. Lasting anywhere between 1-3 hours depending on the size of the group, the event is ideal for companies or individuals with a set budget and a shorter time limit.

Run by the professionals from Rap Jumping, the event follows the strictest safety guidelines and each individual will be fully instructed and provided with all the approved equipment and safety gear on the day. There will be marshals at the top and bottom of the building to ensure a perfectly safe rappel.
